Rassefestival 2013, Germany

I was visiting my friend Inka in Germany in June and this weekend I have also entered Pamppy and Gina (Grannuaille Wheaten Darling owned by Inka) to Rassefestival. It is meeting of Wheatens, their owners and funs with special show (not with CAC) and free time activities for Wheatens. This year rescue Wheatens were presented and agility and trimming of Wheaten.

Only 18 Wheatens were entered to the show and than 7 to newcommer class. From my point of view of Irish breeder, there was just half of dogs presented with standard Irish coat. Unfortunately. I thought there will be more Wheatens entered, last year this festival was highly popular and also people from foreign countried came. I hope that Rassefestival for Wheatens will come back to time of much more entries soon.

Champion parade was full of dogs, but there was not list in a catalogue, so noone knew who is who, unfortunately.

Gina was placed as second, Pamppy in veteran class as first. Also best male and best female make me wonder about the breed type. You can see pictures.
