Coat Trimming

Trimming of hair also belongs to a regular care of the dog.

The trimming is commonly performed every two months. It all depends on places where your dog spends most of the time. Shall the dog be mostly running around the woods and agility training courses, it is advisable to perform shorter trimming. For those Wheatens that participate at various shows, the trimming would be done differently. Particular look of Wheatens depends on their breeders and owners taste, the trimming then could differ. Every Wheaten has a different shape of body and different quality coat. Each dog shall be considered individually in order to make the trimming fit perfectly.
